Full time Based in BS5 Long term position Long term teachers have a fantastic opportunity to work within a vibrant city school, who offer a rich and challenging curriculum that works closely with the local community. The role will involve working 1:1 with students in reception and year 2. Lessons and activities will be prepared so you will just need to deliver with an enthusiastic, encouraging attitude, ensuring you are patient and empathetic to their needs. The needs of the students include learning and behavioural, so it is paramount that you have previous experience working with these needs. It is essential that you have previous experience supporting within a UK school, to ensure you have a strong understanding of the curriculum. It is important that you have worked with children with SEN, whether it is in a mainstream or specialist environment. Hours of work will be from 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only. There will be an opportunity to progress to a permanent position if you demonstrate to be an excellent addition to the team.
