The BCSP administrators work as part of a small close-knit team, consisting of admin staff and bowel screening nurses. This means supporting the nursing team with administrative aspects of their day to day tasks, as well as carrying out a range of day to day admin tasks, and manning the BCSP helpline telephone line. It is a fast-paced and busy department.
Administrators book clinic appointment on eOPS, and colonoscopies on WLM, both on eCAMIS. We also use the national Bowel Cancer Screening System (BCSS), as well as EPR, and a range of other programmes.
