Role/Department
The Change Management and Training Analyst focuses on the people side of change, including business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. They create program training materials and are responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, training, and plans to maximize employee adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure successful change outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Consult and coach senior leaders and project teams on change management roles.
* Assess and review change impacts regularly.
* Identify stakeholders affected by change impacts.
* Develop and execute detailed change management plans, including communications, training, and engagement activities.
* Host and support change management activities to promote adoption.
* Analyze risks and develop mitigation tactics for behavioral change.
* Support communication efforts related to change management.
* Use insights from assessments and behavioral change progress to inform communications.
* Develop readiness assessments to ensure training and communication effectiveness.
* Track and report change management issues.
* Define, measure, and monitor success and adoption metrics, including surveys and attendance data.
* Report status to the program change management lead and participate in program activities.
* Manage change portfolios and loads to understand impacts from other initiatives.
* Develop departmental and enterprise-wide program documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
Skills/Experience
* Several years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services, internal audit, or risk consulting.
* Experience in training or change management is advantageous.
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk, or related fields is highly preferred.
* Understanding of third-party risk management, including program solutions, risk scoring, and reporting.
* Knowledge of global risk regulatory requirements (e.g., OCC, FFIEC, FRB, FDIC, PRA, FCA).
