POSITION: M.E.T. TECHNICIANS - BIRMINGHAM
Individual Specialist Cars is one of the UK's leading prestige and supercar repair centres, approved by manufacturers including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar Land Rover, Aston Martin, Lotus and Ferrari. We are expanding our team and seeking experienced MET (Mechanical, Electrical & Trim) Technicians to work on some of the world's most exclusive vehicles.

The Role:
About the Role
As an MET Technician, you will be responsible for:
* Stripping, inspecting and refitting components on prestige, performance and EV/hybrid vehicles
* Carrying out diagnostic and fault‑finding work
* Working with advanced technologies including ADAS, EV and hybrid systems
* Following OEM repair methods to restore vehicles to manufacturer standards
* Completing high-quality work within agreed timeframes
* Maintaining a safe, clean and compliant working environment
Experience & Requirements:
To be successful, you will need:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as an MET Technician in a Bodyshop working with Luxury and Supercars
* Strong experience in stripping/fitting and mechanical/electrical repair
* Knowledge of prestige or performance vehicles (advantageous)
* Experience using EMACS or similar Bodyshop systems
* Strong attention to detail and pride in high‑quality work
