Other responsibilities will include Preventative maintenance schedules, parts purchasing, inventory control, work assignments, schedules, hiring, training, OSHA safety, DOT compliance, budgeting, cost control and vendor relations.**What you bring with you (qualifications):** Preferred candidates should have 6 years experience with the following skills/knowledge/abilities:\* Experience performing Preventative Maintenance and Repairs on; (Class 8) Heavy Duty Diesel Trucks and Switchers.\* Experience performing Preventative Maintenance and Repairs on; Up To 53’ Dry Van and Refrigerated Unit trailers.\* Experience performing Preventative Maintenance and Repairs on; Pool cars and Service vehicles.\* Prior Management training and experience\* Knowledge of cost control\* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written\* Strong organizational skills\* Computer skills, parts inventory control, preventative maintenance scheduling.We opened our doors more than 90 years ago with the goal of helping people provide for themselves and their family.
