We are seeking a Junior Product Designer to join our technology team. The successful candidate will collaborate with our in-house team and partners to create innovative, fan-centric digital products that are visually impactful, provide seamless user experiences, and deliver maximum value to our clients.
Additionally, we are hiring an Engineering Manager – Data Engineering (EMEA). This role involves leading talented engineers, delivering high-quality data products, and shaping our global data platform. You will guide a capable team, champion best practices, and help deliver data solutions for some of the world’s most recognizable sports brands. Collaboration with other engineering leaders and product managers will be essential to define scope and enhance our data platform.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Build & Lead Engineering Teams: Manage and mentor Data Engineers, promote innovation and continuous improvement, and enhance developer experience.
2. Drive Delivery & Technical Quality: Ensure best practices in SDLC, release management, and source control; define scope with stakeholders; lead technical design and development.
3. Enable Innovation & Platform Growth: Support integration of advanced data technologies, encourage experimentation, and improve operational efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:
Essential:
* Leadership experience in software or data engineering with a record of impactful product delivery.
* Strong knowledge of SDLC, scalable architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
* Hands-on experience in data engineering, data frameworks (e.g., Python, Scala, Spark).
* Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
* Passion for innovation, developer experience, and delivering at pace.
Desirable:
* Experience in multi-region or matrixed engineering environments.
* Knowledge of test automation and DevOps practices.
