As part of our continued growth, were now looking for 4 skilled MOT Technicians to join our expanding team in the Cardiff area.
The Role
Carry out vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repair work to a high standard.
MOT Testers preferred, but not essential MOT training offered after probation .
Work within a supportive, friendly team that puts quality and customer satisfaction first.
Whats on Offer
Basic Salary: £28,000 £32,000 (DOE)
OTE: £33,000 £40,000+ with overtime
Bonus: £500 £800 per month (team-based we all win together!)

About You
NVQ / IMI Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
MOT licence desirable (but not essential).
Reliable, hardworking, and a great team player.
