Job Overview
As an Apprentice Admin Assistant, you will support the administrative functions of the office, learning and developing skills across a full spectrum of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming emails and direct queries to the appropriate teams.
* Schedule meetings, maintain shared calendars and book meeting rooms.
* Prepare reports, draft documents and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
* Photocopy, scan, file and organise documents to support team activities.
* Monitor stock levels and order office supplies as required.
* Create and process Purchase Order numbers for approval and sign‑off.
* Update internal databases, spreadsheets and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
* GCSE Maths and English at Level 4 or above.
* Positive work ethic and enthusiastic approach to tasks.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and independently to achieve company goals.
* Good communication skills.
