Join Us as an Assistant Logistics Manager Our sites are the heartbeat of our programme — and setting them up safely, efficiently and sustainably is critical to our success. We’re looking for an Assistant Logistics Manager to help ensure our welfare compounds and facilities are delivered to the highest standards across the region. If you’re hands‑on, organised, safety‑driven and passionate about great delivery, this is the role where you can make an impact. What You’ll Be Doing As part of our logistics leadership team, you'll: Ensure teams work to the highest safety standards, issuing alerts and briefings when needed Plan and organise labour in the most cost‑effective and efficient way Oversee your team’s performance, coaching them to achieve individual and collective goals Attend site meetings and agree welfare requirements — including electrical power provision Drive environmental excellence and support new approaches to reducing carbon emissions Plan and manage multiple welfare set‑ups while keeping project teams fully up to date Maintain accurate daily records and complete all required administration on time What You’ll Bring You’ll thrive in this role if you have: Knowledge of groundworks and experience with HIAB or crane lifting A desire to progress — with the opportunity to undertake Appointed Person (Lifting Operations) training Street Works accreditation (advantageous but not essential) Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and organise others Confidence working to tight timeframes with a positive, solutions‑focused mindset Good MS Office skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Flexibility to travel extensively across the Anglian Water region Why Join Us?
