How you'll make an impact: As a result of our continued business growth, we are recruiting several Senior Pensions Administrators for our Pensions Outsourcing Practice. These roles offer flexible working options, including remote work or from regional offices in Bristol, Manchester, Edinburgh, or Ipswich. As a Senior Administrator, you will manage the administration of DB, DC, and Hybrid pension schemes according to client requirements, standards, and deadlines. You will support complex queries, manual calculations, and supervise up to two junior administrators, deputising for the Principal Pension Administrator when needed.
Key Duties include:
* Perform complex pension administration tasks and calculations, including treasury and payroll, accurately and in line with internal processes and policies.
* Attend Trustee and client meetings, including new business presentations.
* Manage pensioner payrolls, pension increases, and timely notifications of the lifetime allowance.
* Support team members and assist the Principal Administrator.
* Manage investment contributions and monitor transactional activities for billing accuracy.
* Oversee unit reconciliations and lifestyle switches.
About You:
* Strong experience with occupational pension schemes - DB, DC, CARE, Hybrid.
* QPA or PMI qualification preferred or willingness to study.
* Proven experience with complex manual pension calculations.
* Strong data processing skills and ability to prioritize workload.
* IT literate, proficient in Office systems and Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of professional ethics and standards as per PMI guidelines.
