Join our dynamic Learning Disabilities & Autism Service where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our service. Located in Trowbridge, this position caters to the West region of the county.

We will prioritise your well-being by providing a fantastic work environment, offering clear paths for career progression, and promoting a healthy work-life balance through flexible working opportunities.

We are passionate about the community and take pride in our work. We encourage a culture that puts our customers at the heart of everything we do - through trust and respect, empowering our people to develop skills, collaborate and innovate to find solutions, be open, take responsibility, to listen, and learn.

As a Level 2 Social Worker, you'll be an essential member of our evolving, multi-disciplinary team, developing a service that puts the customer at the centre of everything we do. Your role will require you to have effective communication and the ability to craft assessments and reviews that are timely, proportionate, and person centred. Guided by your supervisor, you'll play a key role in enabling our customers to live independently.

Your expertise should cover current legislation and guidance related to vulnerable adults, along with a solid understanding of Health & Social Care legislation in a broader policy context.

Social Work England registration is a requirement for this role, or we would be happy to accept applications from students due to qualify in April.

Make a difference in the lives of individuals in our community while advancing your career with us.
