We are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager (Used Trucks) to cover the DL, HG, YO, HU, DN, LN postcode areas.
The main focus is to maximize our share of used truck opportunities by selling within this geographical area.
Reporting to the Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling Used Equipment. We offer a competitive, uncapped, commission-based package with a company car.
We are looking for a commercially focused individual who can:
* Achieve volume targets, increase market share, and coverage.
* Plan daily prospecting activities aligned with sales goals.
* Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts.
* Identify customer requirements and conduct site surveys.
* Produce accurate quotes for orders using K1SS.
* Ensure complete and accurate order documentation is delivered to Sales Administration.
* Present quotes effectively, including financial solutions, and demonstrate products where appropriate.
* Promote the full range of products and services offered by Linde.
Tasks and Qualifications:
If you have experience in sales within the forklift or material handling sector, that would be advantageous but is not essential. We seek someone with a successful sales track record, self-motivated, eager to develop new business, and follow up on leads. Experience in sales and a desire for a new challenge are welcome.
You should be commercially minded, IT literate, and possess excellent communication skills.
