Role Overview:
We are seeking a Development Building Surveyor to join our team in the Southeast (London, Kent/Sussex, East Anglia). The ideal candidate will be professional, well-organized, and dedicated, with a desire to grow their career in building surveying. You should be self-motivated, driven to succeed, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities include:
* Building relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
* Communicating clearly both verbally and in writing
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Managing workload and making decisions under pressure
* Working towards MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor status
* Participating in projects ranging from £50k to £5m
