The Role
We're looking for an
experienced Regional Manager
to lead our Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and develop store teams, drive commercial performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across a multi-site portfolio.
You'll play a key role in shaping retail strategy, supporting store leaders, and ensuring our values are lived every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of Store Managers across the region
* Deliver sales, profit and KPI targets through strong commercial planning
* Recruit and grow talent, building succession pipelines and future leaders
* Drive exceptional customer service standards using our HEART model
* Champion operational excellence, compliance and brand standards
* Shape regional retail strategy, including store portfolio planning
* Act as a visible, supportive, and inspirational leader
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in
multi-site retail leadership
(Regional, Area or Cluster Manager level)
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
* Inspirational leadership style – able to motivate and develop others
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Organised, decisive, and able to manage performance at pace
* Passion for the outdoors is an advantage, but not essential
