Care & Support Worker – Permanent
Location: St Margarets Court, Greenock, Inverclyde PA16 7AL
* Hourly Rate: £14.04 per hour
* Availability: Flexible shifts (morning and back shifts) including weekends
* Guaranteed Hours: 2 roles at 19.5 hours and 25.5 hours per week respectively, worked over average 4 days on a rolling 2‑week rota basis with a mixture of weekdays and weekends, day shifts and back shifts

Responsibilities
* Support older and vulnerable adults in their own homes, assisting with daily living tasks based on individual care plans
* Administer medication, provide personal support, and help with meals as required
* Operate between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, seven days a week
* Build trusting relationships with residents and offer care in the way they prefer
Ideal Candidate – Skills & Experience
* Experience in the care sector working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community
* SVQ in Health and Social Care or a relevant qualification
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Basic IT skills
* Previous experience preferred but not essential; comprehensive training and support are provided
* Passion, empathy, and dedication to helping tenants live their lives to the fullest

* Register with the SSSC and complete mandatory training within the required timeframe
* Commitment to studying for an SVQ in Care & Support if not already held
