Overview
The Vendor Marketing Specialist is mainly responsible for implementing the marketing activities in coordination with the Marketing Manager and the concerned department, vendors or any third party needed.
Job Summary:
1. Develop and execute innovative joint marketing campaigns in collaboration with external vendors, aligning with their objectives and our organizational goals.
2. Create co-branded marketing content, including blog posts, videos, and social media content, that effectively communicates the value of vendor offerings.
3. Coordinate the logistics of joint events such as webinars, workshops, and trade shows, ensuring flawless execution and maximum engagement.
4. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generate performance reports, and present findings to internal teams and vendors.
5. Manage the budget allocated for vendor marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to spending limits.
6. Implementation of the Group Digital Strategy.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including design, content, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors or partners. Understand their goals, target audience, and marketing objectives.
2. Joint Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns that highlight the vendor's products or services in collaboration with your own organization. These campaigns could include co-branded content, webinars, events, social media promotions, and more.
3. Marketing Strategy Development: Create marketing strategies that align with both the vendor's and Hiperdist organization's goals.
4. Content Creation: Collaborate with vendors to create engaging marketing content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics that showcase the value of their products/services.
5. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate joint events, such as webinars, workshops, trade shows, and conferences, where the vendor's offerings can be presented to a wider audience.
6. Marketing Collateral: Develop co-branded marketing materials and collateral, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding for both parties involved.
7. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor the effectiveness of joint marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use analytics and metrics to measure success and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
8. Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for vendor marketing activities, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
9. Negotiation and Collaboration: Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors regarding marketing activities, co-funding, and resource allocation.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, such as sales, product marketing, and creative teams, to ensure cohesive and successful execution of joint marketing initiatives.
11. Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from both the vendor and internal teams post-campaign and use this input to improve future collaborations and enhance the overall partnership.
12. Vendor Training: Educate vendors on Hiperdist’s products/services and market positioning to ensure they can effectively represent the offerings in their own marketing efforts.
13. Stay Updated: Keep up with emerging marketing trends and technologies to ensure that vendor marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
