OVERVIEW:
-You will handle a caseload of Clinical Negligence cases, medical, dental, and other clinical injuries
-Candidates must have a strong understanding of medical negligence and the ability to manage cases with confidence and expertise
-The appointed solicitor will have the ability to provide legal services with a personal touch whilst at all times demonstrating care and understanding
-Applications are open to newly qualified solicitors with clinical negligence experience
-Experience in dealing with complex and high value Industrial Disease, fast track/multi:track litigated cases and/or clinical negligence
