Red Bull UK Field Marketing Activator Intern (Midlands)
Paid 12‑month internship. Must be completing a placement year as part of the university course or within two years of completing the degree. The internship runs from 6 July 2026 to July 2027 and requires availability for the entire duration. The role will close on Monday 16 March at 10 am.
Give wings to people and ideas by getting them to consume Red Bull every day. Drive awareness and grow consumption of Red Bull products, both the can and the media business.
You will support the Field Marketing team in delivering the 2026 and 2027 regional business plans by implementing brand activations at third‑party events, executing branded vehicle activations, and bringing national brand campaigns closer to consumers in the region.
Key responsibilities
* Activate with image‑driving outlets, drive product trial through innovative sampling initiatives, create social content for managed channels, and support the recruitment, onboarding and training of Student Marketeers.
* Implement an innovative third‑party support plan that spans the full term of the placement, acting as the primary contact for regional third‑party relationships and ensuring smooth execution that delivers on Marketing and Sales KPIs.
* Support the national Image‑Driving Distribution strategy, ensuring Red Bull is available at influential sport and culture venues, and working closely with Field Marketing Specialists to identify and win new accounts.
* Support the delivery of the Event Vehicle programme by identifying regional opportunities and executing pop‑up activations, creatively bringing the regional consumer closer to the brand.
* Recruit, onboard and train Student Marketeers, building relationships with new audiences from diverse backgrounds.
* Capture and create social content for use on national managed social channels from field marketing activities.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role
* Currently studying a degree and seeking a placement or internship as part of your studies, or within 2 years of completing the degree.
* Strong understanding of the sporting and cultural landscape in the region, its scenes and key events, opinion leaders and communities.
* Team player who can take direction well.
* Demonstrates methodical and structured thinking.
* A strong networker and confident relationship builder.
* Self‑motivated, friendly, a good communicator and very social.
* Able to work in stressful environments. Happy to work during the night and at weekends.
* Organised with good time management.
