An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established, full-service law firm in Essex with a strong reputation, long-standing legacy clients, and a commitment to delivering practical, straightforward legal advice.
The firm has a highly regarded property department with significant expertise across Commercial Property, residential property, and development transactions. The team acts for a broad client base, from business owners acquiring their first office or shop through to clients purchasing multi-million-pound commercial developments.
The role:
* As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a broad and varied caseload of Commercial Property matters, including auction sales, leases, subleases and underleases, licences, landlord and tenant matters, title reports, acquisitions and disposals, unregistered land, telecommunication leases, deeds of surrender, deeds of variation, overage agreements, forfeiture provisions and advice relating to expired commercial leases.
* This is not a role where you will be heavily micromanaged. The successful Solicitor will be trusted to manage their own caseload, work directly with clients, and take ownership of matters, while still having the support of a collaborative and experienced team around them.
