Main Key Responsibilities
* Supporting organisational change and workforce redeployment
* Partnering with senior stakeholders and HR teams
* Providing expert advice on ER, change management, and operational HR
* Working within a fast-paced, evolving environment
Essential
* Strong HRBP/HR Advisory experience
* Confident supporting consultation and change processes
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Experience within complex or large organisations is highly desirable
* CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
