What you'll do:
* Act as a trusted advisor to site and divisional stakeholders, building strong relationships to influence decision-making.
* Drive financial performance by analyzing forecasts, actuals, and key business drivers to provide forward-looking insights.
* Champion continuous improvement by refining financial processes, schedules, and reporting tools.
* Promote financial stewardship by supporting cost control initiatives and improving forecast accuracy.
* Collaborate closely with the Plant Controller to support all aspects of financial planning and analysis.
* Be a visible presence across the site, ensuring Finance adds real value to the business.
Qualifications:
* CIMA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
* Previous experience in accounting or finance roles in a manufacturing environment
* Previous Finance Business partnering experience is desirable
Skills:
* SAP and Excel skills
* Strong commercial and business acumen
* Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders
