Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed and high-quality tender submissions on time and within scope.
* Attend site surveys, assess project requirements, and develop robust cost estimates.
* Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to create precise pricing documents.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best value.
* Identify potential risks and support the team with sound commercial judgement.
* Collaborate with colleagues across Design, Commercial, and Procurement to deliver winning bids.
* Produce professional, compliant, and well-presented bid documentation.
Qualifications / What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in Fire & Security estimating or a similar role.
* A strong commercial mindset and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive, organised approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Confidence in negotiating and sourcing competitive quotations.
* Competency in Microsoft Office and estimating tools.
