Area Registered Manager – Supported Living Location: Birmingham (B33) Salary: £50,000 per annum £1,000 Welcome Bonus Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Reporting to: Regional Operations Director Responsible for: Service Managers / Cluster Team Managers Lead with Purpose. Your Role at a Glance As Area Registered Manager, you’ll be the CQC-registered lead for one or more services in Birmingham. You’ll ensure high standards of care, drive service development, lead high-performing teams, and be a visible and proactive force for quality and excellence. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Register with CQC for one or more services ✅ Embed a person-centred, values-led culture ✅ Deliver safe, high-quality care across services ✅ Coach, mentor and develop Service/Cluster Managers ✅ Lead audits, compliance, and safeguarding processes ✅ Manage budgets, rotas, and staffing in line with commissioned hours ✅ Build strong partnerships with families and professionals ✅ Identify business development opportunities ✅ Maintain robust documentation, health & safety, and governance About You You’re an experienced leader with a clear vision for delivering person-centred support. You’re calm under pressure, confident in your decision-making, and dedicated to improving lives.
