Main Responsibilities as a Process Improvement Expert
* Be responsible for the design and redesign of some customer journeys and end-to-end processes to support enhanced customer experience, growth, efficiency, and current strategic goals.
* Get insights from customer research and market analysis, understand current challenges, and pain points and identify great ideas and innovations to help us define customer journeys.
* Help, adapt, improve, and document processes for new markets.
Experience & Skills Required
* Analysis and (re)design of customer journeys
* Business model and process mapping
* Process improvement from a customer experience and efficiency perspective.
* Designing new end to end processes.
* Lean/Six sigma
* Agile delivery experience
* Insurance experience would be great!
