SEND Teaching Assistant – Role Overview As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students achieve success both in and out of the classroom. You will work closely with pupils, teachers, and support staff to deliver a balanced support system that encourages learning and personal development. Key responsibilities include: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups across a range of subjects. Assisting with behaviour management and encouraging a positive learning environment.
