What we are looking for
We are mobilising a significant technical workforce and are looking for skilled professionals with a background in aerospace, automotive, rail, marine, or precision manufacturing.
We are hiring for mechanical disciplines, including:
Aircraft structures and fitter technicians: precision assembly of major structural components.
Mechanical assembly technicians: high-tolerance assembly of sub-systems and mechanical units.
Composite technicians: layup, trimming, and repair of advanced carbon fibre materials.
Sheet metal workers: fabrication and forming of complex metallic components.
CNC and machining technicians: programming and setting 3/5-axis machines for high-value parts.
Manufacturing and production technicians: supporting the flow of the assembly line with technical precision.Why make the move?

Qualification: Modern apprenticeship NVQ level 3, time-served apprenticeship City & Guilds, or equivalent in a mechanical discipline.
Experience: proven background in assembly, general fittings and component installations. Experience with hand tools.
