Job Description
3. Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑site POS hardware and software rollouts
4. Drive transformation across menu systems, data architecture, and in‑store infrastructure
5. Define and manage programme scope, objectives, and value stream outcomes
6. Oversee pilots, phased deployment, cutover and early life support
7. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control
8. Operate within hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery frameworks
9. Provide strong governance, reporting, financial tracking, and RAID management
10. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, partners, and field operations
11. Build and maintain relationships with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
12. Deliver concise communications and presentations at all seniority levels
The Successful Applicant
A successful Technical Programme Manager should have:
13. 10+ years leading large‑scale technology programmes in retail, hospitality, QSR or similar
14. Expertise in POS, payments, in‑store systems, and software/hardware integration
15. Proven success delivering major rollouts in live trading environments
16. Experience managing multi‑wave deployment across geographically dispersed sites
17. Strong vendor and contract management capabilities
18. Skilled in navigating complex matrix organisations
19. Strong governance, PMO discipline, and financial oversight
20. Proficient with Jira, Monday.com, and hybrid delivery methods
21. Able to operate strategically while remaining hands‑on in execution
22. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management abilities
