We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients.
* Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales performance.
* Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our offerings.
Experience
* Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify trends.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for persuasive storytelling.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
