Children’s Support Worker

What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting, safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour, managing complex behaviours and crisis intervention. You may assist with educational development, personal care, promoting independence, and making a positive impact on daily life.
What We’re Looking For
* You must be over 21 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
* A minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience in a children’s/young adult setting.
* Knowledge in one of EBD, SEMH, CSE or SEN/SEND.
* A Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce is desirable.
* Good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
* A clear enhanced DBS (application available upon registration).
