Now we need a Business Development Manager with serious drive, a killer network, and a knack for opening doors to take our growth to the next level.
The Role — Be the Growth Engine
This isn’t just sales – it’s about owning your market, building lasting relationships, and positioning our brand as the go-to name in property compliance technology.
* Generate demand through smart business development, partnerships and marketing collaboration
* Nurture leads into long-term, loyal platform users
* Attend industry events online and in-person
* Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
* Be a recognised voice in the lettings compliance conversation
* Leverage your existing network to drive adoption and growth
* Keep on top of legislation (you’ll be the go-to person for insights on Renters Reform and beyond)
Who You Are
* A proven PropTech sales performer with a track record selling to landlords and letting agents
* Already connected with movers and shakers in the property tech and estate agency world
* A confident presenter who thrives in networking situations
* Results-driven – smashing targets is your standard operating procedure
* Hands-on and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed
