We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our Early Careers Team. You will be base in the Manchester office, the role is hybrid. You take pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoy working with people.

Someone who has a passion for everything early careers
Has a recruitment background.
Able to travel to different MHA sites and to attend career’s fairs in the North of the UK and also to the south.
Confident in standing up in front of people and delivering a presentation - you will eventually lead assessment centres and attend careers' fairs at schools / colleges to promote the MHA brand.
If you have run, or been part of, assessment centres before then this would be an advantage – if you have not, then having the desire to do so is good enough for us as we will offer training and support.
