This is not a delivery-heavy trainer role its atrue partnering position, working at pace with senior operational and clinical leaders to shape capability, performance, and learning quality across complex services.
The opportunity
Youll own and deliver aregionally aligned learning strategy, working closely with Regional Service Directors, Operations Directors, Quality and Clinical leaders to ensure learning activity is risk-based, future-focused, and genuinely improves outcomes. Youll bring discipline, consistency, and professional L&D oversight while still being pragmatic about what works on the ground.
What youll be doing
1. Creating and owning asingle annual regional learning plan, aligned to operational priorities, regulatory requirements, workforce risk and capability gaps
