Wash Operative
Location: Widnes

The Position
Applications are invited for a Wash Operative at the SecAnim, Widnes site. This is a full time, permanent position working 12-hour shifts, days and nights, on 3 week shift pattern. You will also be required to work additional cover shifts to cover for sickness/holiday absence.
As a Wash Operative your duties and responsibilities will vary based on the Company’s requirements but will include:
* Washing and disinfecting vehicles and trailers.
* Tipping loaded raw material trailers and vehicles where required.
* Maintaining good standards of housekeeping in the vehicle wash and associated areas around the site.
* Completing work records as required including wash certification.
* Daily checks of trailers on site.
* Tipping and cleaning raw material bins as required.
* Any other ad hoc duties as required by management.
The Person
* Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence.
* Must be able to prioritise the workload.
* Have good communication skills.
* Be flexible with working hours.
* Be self-motivated with the ability to work as a team and use their own initiative.
* Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous although training will be provided where necessary.
