The School
Kenilworth Multi Academy Trust has a vacancy for a Head of Psychology and Criminology from January 2026. The vacancy is based at Kenilworth School and Sixth Form.
Kenilworth School and Sixth Form's Ofsted report of November 2023 rates the school as Outstanding in all five areas, maintaining an Outstanding status from the Ofsted inspection of 2013. Kenilworth School moved into a newly built, bespoke school on Glasshouse Lane, Kenilworth in September 2023 and is the only secondary school in the community of Kenilworth being oversubscribed with engaged, motivated and well behaved students. Our educational ethos encourages our students to be responsive, resilient, to have reasoning, be reflective and resourceful in their learning.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent role of Head of Psychology and Criminology to lead a small, but busy department of three in total. The successful candidate will teach Psychology and Criminology at KS5. We are looking for a talented, innovative teacher and leader with a proven track record of effective teaching to deliver against high standards. You will have strong leadership skills to manage a team and have a clear vision for the planning and delivery of Psychology and Criminology in the school curriculum.
