Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be working on behalf of our Belfast client ( based in the Dargan area ) who are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Executive to join their office-based Sales Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proactive, hardworking attitude who enjoys supporting a sales function and delivering outstanding customer service. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring customers receive a high-quality, efficient service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and maintain exceptional levels of customer service
* Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders promptly
* Update and maintain customer records on internal systems
* Produce KPI and performance reports as required
* Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
* Make outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling)
About You
You will be enthusiastic, organised, and customer-focused, with a positive approach to achieving results.
Essential Requirements:
* GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different customers
* A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to provide high levels of service
* Results-driven, motivated, and able to work well under pressure
* A team player who enjoys working collaboratively across departments
Desirable Criteria:
* Minimum of 1 years' experience in a sales or customer service environment
* Experience building rapport with business or corporate customers
* Familiarity with computerised management or CRM systems
* A personable, self-motivated individual with a positive, "can-do" attitude
