Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for small business owners via phone, email, and chat.
* Resolve inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Handle objections effectively to clarify customer needs.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and policies.
* Suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience.
* Identify vulnerable customers and provide appropriate support.
Shift Details
Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm.
Ideal Candidate
* At least 2 years of customer service experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with CRM systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills for quick resolutions.
* Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries without compromising quality.
* Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
