Job Summary We’re seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives with proven experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in high-volume outbound calling environments and have a track record of generating qualified leads. You’ll play a key role in building pipeline for Account Executives, working with cutting-edge sales tools, and representing international leading SaaS companies.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct high volume outreach via cold calling (up to 100+ dials)
* Research prospects and personalize messaging to boost response rates
* Set discovery meetings with qualified leads for Account Executives
* Use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator effectively
* Report weekly performance metrics and continuously optimize your outreach
* Collaborate with campaign managers to refine strategies per client and vertical
Requirements
* 1-2+ years of experience in an outbound SDR role, ideally in a SaaS environment
* Strong written and spoken English communication skills
* Demonstrated success in cold outreach and lead generation
* Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
* Highly organized, self‑motivated, and target‑driven
* Flexibility to work on multiple client campaigns and adapt quickly
