Due to continued growth and the ongoing development of our Live Division, we're now looking for an experienced LED / AV Technician to join the team. This is a skilled, handson role supporting live events across all aspects of LED screens, video production, lighting, and sound. We're looking for someone with a solid background in the AV and events industry who thrives in a live environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preplanning, equipment build, and onsite technical support, contributing to the delivery of live content solutions at a range of largescale events.
What we're looking for;
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have broad AV knowledge with strong expertise in one or more of the following areas:
* Video content management systems: Resolume, vMix, Green Hippo
* Vision mixers / switchers: Roland, Analog Way, Barco
* Video wall processors: Novastar
* Video displays:
* Large format displays (LFDs), projectors (Panasonic, Christie, Barco), LCD video walls, LED video walls (Gloshine, Unilumen, DigiLED, etc.)
* Video signals and distribution: HDSDI, HDMI over Cat5, scan converters, EDID, etc.
* Rigging of LED systems across all applications, including hanging structures

You'll also be a confident communicator, comfortable working directly with clients and explaining technical solutions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
