Main purpose of role: Handling the progression of sales from offer agreed to completion by monitoring timescales, ensuring smooth communication and a quick resolution of issues. Location: Various locations - London Salary: £28,000-£40,000 depending on experience Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm Key Responsibilities: Look after 60 80 units Oversee sales from offer to completion by monitoring timescales Maintain a 80% conversion rate Keep fall through rate below 20% Gain feedback from the buyer and regularly update our client, the seller Chase all customer experience forms to ensure we achieve min 70% return rate Customer service rating for office achieving minimum rating 90 Deliver a Nothing is too much trouble service to generate new and repeat business Report weekly and monthly figures accurately Maintain strong working relationships with local solicitors and third parties Ensure sales are signed off and the offer sheet is complete and correct, with particular attention to timescales Chase bad debts as necessary Carry out monthly pipeline check Communicate with team morning and monthly meetings updating on feedback, pipeline and additional service leads Deal with surveys and re-negotiations Promote and monitor additional services within the office Solicitors, Financial Services and Surveys ensuring minimum standards met by team 5 leads per week per consultant 50% buyers and 30% sellers using panel solicitors Requirements & Skills: Strong negotiator Previous sales or customer service experience Analytical thinking and attention to detail Persistent and tenacious Cultural fit with our winning ways Team player Ability to handle customer complaints Works in The Dexters Way Natural sales ability with a keen desire to succeed Ability to cope well under pressure Problem solver
