We are excited to announce a full-time Commis Chef role (40 hours per week) available in Kingston Fuego. Unlike many hospitality roles, ours do not involve late-night working, offering a rare and much sought-after work-life balance.

What do we look for?
* Previous experience in hospitality as a Commis, Demi Chef, or Chef de Partie is preferred.
* A proven track record of producing high-quality restaurant food is essential.
* Excellent skills, product knowledge, and awareness of food trends.
* Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous working methods.
* A passion for food and the ability to learn and adapt to new ways of working.
