I am recruiting several CARING and PASSIONATE Support Workers to join a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service, which is located in the Brecon area, supports adults aged between 18 - 65. The service is looking for candidates with a caring nature and the ability to have fun and engage with the people they support.
Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 (including sleep's). Plenty of overtime available!
Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week 1 sleep per week
Contract: Permanent
Shifts: A variety of shifts, including optional sleep's, including weekends
Location: Brecon

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for the following:
Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices.
Ensuring the safety of the service users.
Following care plans for each individual.
Taking service users out into the community.
Participating in arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
Varying levels of personal care.
Requirements of the Senior Support Worker:
No experience is required.
Must be resilient.
Drivers ESSENTIAL due to location
Candidates must be happy to do personal care
NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
