Key Responsibilities
* Service Excellence: Oversee and optimize the day-to-day delivery of all IT services across the organization.
* Partner Management: Lead, manage, and collaborate with external support partners to ensure strict SLA compliance.
* Security & Responsiveness: Maintain a highly secure, stable, and agile IT infrastructure.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal teams and key business stakeholders.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for operational growth, implement best practices, and drive IT efficiency.
Location & Flexibility
* Office Base: Barbican, London.
* Hybrid Model: Enjoy a balanced 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (subject to business requirements).
* Travel: Occasional visits to other company sites (details can be discussed during the interview).
