As a Senior Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
6. Lead and develop your branch team, creating a positive, motivated, and high-performing culture
7. Manage and monitor branch performance, budgets, and KPIs to drive revenue and market share growth
8. Take ownership of valuations, viewings, and negotiations to ensure smooth sales progression
9. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and the local community
10. Analyse competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy and maximise opportunities
11. Implement and oversee processes that deliver efficiency, compliance, and exceptional client service
12. Maintain health & safety standards and ensure adherence to all company policies and industry regulations

19. IT proficient (Microsoft Office & estate agency systems)
