About the Role
We are recruiting Drainage Engineers to work in 2-person teams across Hampshire, supporting our Southern Water contract. This is a great opportunity to start or further your career in drainage services.
Responsibilities
1. Travel to residential sites with a team, using HGV, and operate high-pressure water jets for restoration.
2. Maintain and clear drainage systems.
3. Accurately record job reports using specialist equipment.
4. Run diagnostics and repair drains.
5. Provide excellent customer service.
6. Adhere to health and safety standards, including PPE use and safe site practices.
7. Ensure vehicle stock is maintained.
8. Utilize VISTEC and Salesforce platforms.
9. Communicate with clients regarding job progress.
10. Work independently in all weather conditions, conducting risk assessments and using proper PPE.
11. Support colleagues and conduct safety inspections of tools and equipment.
12. Report any equipment defects or malfunctions.
13. Perform risk assessments and follow company policies.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates are hardworking, respectful, and safety-conscious. Experience with high-pressure jetting is beneficial but not essential; relevant drainage qualifications (e.g., NRSWA, Confined Spaces) are advantageous.

* Type: Permanent, full-time
* Hours: 4 nights on, 4 nights off, 40.25 hours/week
* Salary: £32,500/year
