The Role
* Opportunity for an Employment Solicitor with 2 years PQE to join a growing team
* Working closely with the Managing Director and experienced colleagues
* Advising new and existing clients with practical, commercially focused advice
* Playing a key role in maintaining exceptional service standards
Key Responsibilities
* Building strong relationships with clients and professional referrers
* Advising individuals on employment disputes and workplace issues
* Supporting businesses with day-to-day employment and HR matters
* Contributing to team targets, KPIs, and business development activity
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in Employment Law
* Strong technical knowledge and a commercial approach to problem-solving
* Excellent communication skills and a confident client-facing manner
* Professional, ethical, and positive in a fast-paced environment
