Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide regular and reflective supervision.
2. Participate in an induction period inclusive of shadowing opportunities.
3. Attend monthly group supervision sessions.
4. Work within a supportive and accessible team led by experienced managers and senior Personal Advisors.
5. Engage with an established team in a hub setting for care leavers, available Monday to Friday.
6. Conduct pathway planning and review meetings.
7. Carry out keeping in touch visits and record these interactions.
8. Utilize Liquid Logic for case management.
9. Hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle with business insurance.
10. Attend reflective group supervision regularly.
11. Complete risk assessments and coordinate the team around care leavers.
12. Support the team manager in progressing pathway planning for separated young people.
13. Be open to monthly case supervision involving reflection.
