1. Location: Midlands (Hybrid Role – On-site and Remote)
2. Salary: From £12.72 per hour + Bonus
3. Contract Type: Permanent
4. Hours: 42.5 hours per week

About this Service Advisor role:
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly face guiding our customers through their service journey, ensuring high standards of care and satisfaction. Your role will involve managing customer interactions, coordinating service processes, and promoting our wide range of services with enthusiasm and integrity.
What our client is Looking For in their Service Advisor:
7. A minimum of 12 months experience in the automotive industry or a customer-facing service environment
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work calmly to deadlines and handle sensitive/confidential information
10. Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software
11. Full UK driving license held for at least 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points
12. A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer care.
Your Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
13. Deliver an outstanding customer experience from greeting to departure
14. Build rapport and foster long-term customer relationships
15. Promote and sell vehicle services and products ethically and effectively
16. Follow and improve upon company processes to ensure quality and efficiency
17. Manage administrative tasks related to service updates, job statuses, and customer communications
18. Support continuous process improvements and contribute to a motivated team environment.
