Operations Manager
We have 1x permanent, full-time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £55,291 per year, rising to £57,899 per year after key competencies of the role are met.

About You
We are looking for someone who brings both leadership strength and a strong understanding of housing repairs. You will be organised, proactive and committed to delivering services that tenants can rely on.
You will have:
6. Significant experience in housing repairs, maintenance, or operational service delivery
7. Proven leadership ability with the confidence to motivate and develop teams
8. Strong organisational and decision-making skills
9. A customer focused approach and commitment to service excellence
10. Experience managing performance, budgets and operational data
11. A positive, solutions driven mindset
