We are looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new build industrial unit in Birmingham for a well-established main contractor.
This is a client-facing role, requiring a strong communicator who can take ownership of the project and drive it forward through design coordination and construction delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Acting as the main point of contact for the client and professional team
*
Managing design coordination and ensuring information flow to site teams
*
Driving the programme and project milestones
*
Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site teams
*
Monitoring progress, quality and health & safety standards
*
Chairing progress and design meetings with consultants and stakeholders
*
Ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
*
Experience delivering industrial / logistics / commercial build projects
*
Strong understanding of programme management, design coordination and subcontractor management
*
Confident client-facing communication skills
*
Ability to start immediately
