Key Responsibilities
* You will work four 10‑hour shifts per week, allocated 3‑weeks in advance on a rolling basis, with hours between 6 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday.
* Travelling up to two hours to reach venues is part of the role outside the 10‑hour shift; public transport may be required depending on location.
* Planning routes, driving to venues, unpacking kits, greeting customers and performing health assessments is the daily routine. Expected days per shift range between 15 and 22 customers, appointments 10–45 min.
* Perform health assessments based on chosen packages (PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy once qualified, Lung Function, Body Composition, short fitness tests), offer advice on additional testing, update and maintain administration records.
* Results and lifestyle advice are not relayed to customers after assessments are complete.
Candidate Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a standard‑sized car; ability to store kit items at home when not working.
* Availability to work any day, any time between 6 am and 10 pm on a rota‑basis (rotating 6am–4pm, 8am–6pm, 1pm–10pm).
* Computer, laptop, phone, tablet proficiency to a satisfactory degree.
* Clear DBS – Bluecrest will process this on your behalf.
* Travel up to two hours from home location; occasional overnight stays where required.
* Live within the correct distance of the regional location (Faringdon, Hatford, Radcot, Watchfield, Bampton, Stanford in the Vale).
* Attend Milton Keynes head office for the first two weeks of training (Monday–Friday both weeks).
* Willingness to learn and take on new skills.
* Satisfactory enhanced criminal records check (covered by Bluecrest).
